Last year my friend, Becca, and I went to the BYU-I apple orchard and picked fresh apples. With those apples we made Apple Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes. We decided to do it again this year – we called it our lady date, since our husbands were both swamped with school work. We enjoyed the rows and rows of varied trees, and Becca enjoyed climbing and taste testing a few for fun. Here are a few pictures from our little outing and the end result.
